Harald Hess has been  in the diving business since 1986. After working in Yugoslavia and on Mallorca/Spain as an Assistant Instructor, in Hurghada/Egypt as an Instructor and in Kenia as diveshop manager, he owned his own dive center in the Carribean for many years. Now the PADI- and CMAS-Instructor has together with his girlfriend Eva founded DAHAB DIVE PARADISE  and will from October 2007 do again what he likes best: Making divers happy, showing beginners the beauty of the underwater-world and of course dive as much as possible himself!

Eva Averdung has lived with Harald since 2000 and is now fulfilling her dream of many years: Operating a dive center together with him. Being a trained hotel manager by profession, she has become a enthusiastic diver since 1996 and now dares to enter the professional diving business. As PADI-MSD and Divemaster she is preparing for the final step - the qualification as Instructor, which shall happen in the near future. In the meantime Eva will, aside from her duties as divemaster, take care that the guests are not lacking anything, especially around the pool-bar and during the daily diveshop routine.
